Ukiah Junior Academy’s administration and staff are already looking ahead and making plans for next school year. In preparation for the start of 2026-2027, please take time now to complete your child's re-enrollment for next year and take advantage of a discount of 30% off of registration fees until the end of March!
For returning parents, to complete our online re-enrollment process, you will access our Family Portal through your existing login. If you need a refresher on how to access your family portal, scroll to the bottom of this message and look for the instructions for returning parents.
Instructions for New Parents Creating an Admissions account.
New Families, Please click HERE
Select Create an Account under How to Apply.
After the Create Admissions Parent Account page has opened,
ensure UK-CA is the District Code entered.
Enter in the email address you wish to use for your new account.
Click the Create Account button.
You will receive an email from RenWeb Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes the link will remain active for 6 hours.
Please click on the link. A Change/Create Password screen will open. You may use the default username provided, or create a new username. Then type in your desired password into the Password field and Confirm Field.
Click on the Save Username and/or Password button.
Close the window.
Log into Family Portal as instructed below for returning parents.
Returning Parents, To access the Family Portal:

Type in your username and password, make sure the district code is UK-CA. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
After logging in, click on the Apply/Enroll button in the left menu.
Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment button.
On the Enrollment page, click on Start Enrollment Packet and follow the steps to re-enroll your student.
Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for your child. The online process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later. We ask that you complete the online process and submit the enrollment packet as soon as possible.
The Instructions and Enrollment Checklist page of the enrollment packet contains supplemental enrollment forms that also must be submitted. Please print, complete and mail these forms as well. Further instructions on these forms are provided online.
